Incepted in the year 1985, Jain Weld House has emerged as one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of welding machinery, electrode holders and welding cable. In addition, we also provide industrial rubber hoses, industrial safety equipment and a range of other accessories. These are developed in conformance with ISO 9001:2000 standards and CE. We have been awarded with ISO certification by AFRICERT & URS.
Our MIG welding machine and inverter based rectifier are acknowledged for their easy operation, longer functioning life and technically advanced designs as per the application used in. The company was founded by Mr. Avin who has vast industrial experience of over 30 years in this sphere of work. Under his guidance, we have created a team of dynamic and experienced engineers that assists in meeting all the requirements of our customers.
We are exporting 30% of our qualitative products to various countries. Our water hose and semi insulated electrode holder are highly demanded by reputed clients including Hero Honda, Maruti Udyog Ltd., N.E. Railway, Hindustan Zinc Ltd., N.T.P.C. and Balakrishna Industries Ltd.

With the support of a team of quality analysts, we are manufacturing international standard inverter based rectifier and electrode drying oven. By following quality centric approach, we have been honored with ISO 9001:2000 certification from URS & AFRICERT. The welding hose is developed in conformity with the ISI certification, provided by B.I.S (Bureau of Indian Standards) & ISO from JAZ-ANZ.
Stringent quality measures are followed right from procurement of raw material till the dispatch of the finished products. The material is sourced from authoritative and reliable vendors. It is then inspected by our quality team, prior to its use in the production process. All the production stages are continuously supervised to ensure that the developed products are in conformance with the ISO standard. | Warehousing and Packing Facility |

We have a well constructed warehousing unit, which supports us to meet urgent and bulk requirements of our clients. Spread over a large area, the unit accommodates bulk quantity of welding machinery, industrial safety equipment and electrode holders, welding cable and industrial rubber hoses and other accessories. The unit is segmented into various sections, which ensures easy and fast retrieval of the stored products.
The unit is handled by experienced warehousing personnel who maintain the inventory of the incoming and outgoing products. We also give due considerations to the packing of hand shield, safety goggles, gas regulators and ear muff. It is done with quality material as per client’s specification, ensuring its safe delivery to client’s end. |
